Instructions
How to add new quotations:
- Download the template - Click "Download Excel Template" above
- Fill in the data - Use the "Air Freight" sheet for air quotations, "Sea Freight" for sea quotations
- Save the file - Keep it as .xlsx format
- Upload - Drag and drop or click to upload
Template Fields:
Air Freight:
- Reference* - Quotation reference number (e.g., SFRX102582)
- Forwarder* - Company name (Logwin, Balguerie, Hillebrand Gori, Hartrodt)
- Origin Code* - blanquefort, geneva, bordeaux, bruges, lyon, zurich
- Destination* - Hong Kong or Singapore
- Weight Tiers* - Min/Max kg and rate per kg for each tier
- Charges - Handling, security, AWB fees, surcharges, destination charges
Sea Freight:
- Reference* - Quotation reference number
- Forwarder* - Company name
- Origin/Destination* - Same as air freight
- Pallet Prices* - Total price for 1-8 pallets
